Quarter 2 2026 Rim Country Residential Market Update 📊🏡

The latest residential market statistics are in for Payson/Star Valley, Pine/Strawberry, and Tonto Basin. Overall, our local market continues to favor buyers, with approximately 7 months of inventory across all three areas, giving buyers more choices and negotiating power. At the same time, home values have remained relatively stable, and sellers are still receiving 95–97% of their asking price on average when homes are priced appropriately.
